Our Trip to Disney!!

Well, we're back from Disney! It was a very fun trip (and a very long car ride there and back... 5 hours each way and Connor did not like that!). We stayed at the Sequoia Lodge which is on the Disney property, so it was only about a 15 minute walk to the park from the hotel. The weather was beautiful. Not too hot, and sunny with no rain the whole time. We were really lucky. Connor was just great all day long at the park. He was even patient (as patient as a 2 year old can be) waiting in all the lines for the rides. He really enjoyed the rides that were outside like Dumbo, tea cups, the merry-go-round, flying carpets, and the flying space ships. We went into the Pinocchio ride, Peter Pan, and Small World, but Connor was a little scared in those since they were inside and dark. He was okay as long as he was on Mommy or Daddy's lap, though.

David got to ride on 3 roller coasters (Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, and the Aerosmith roller coaster). Mommy did not ride any roller coasters! Below are a few pics from our time at Disney. I was so proud of Connor for meeting Mickey and Minnie. We stood in line and waited to meet them and get pictures. Connor hugged Mickey and squeezed his nose. It was so cute!
