Centerparcs in Belgium - pictures!!!

Here are a bunch of pictures from our trip last weekend to Centerparcs in Belgium. This place was just so much fun for Connor. He was exhausted by the end of each day. Fiona had a great time too! The first picture is in front of our 'cottage'. We had a great time :)

Connor's First Trip to the Movies

Connor will be 3 1/2 soon enough, and he hasnt even been to the movies (except to the Imax once with me last year, and we both felt sick from that)... so after hearing a friend had taken her son to the movies here recently, I decided to have a Mommy-Son afternoon and take Connor to the movies. We walked in the rain down to the tram stop, and took the tram into Den Haag to the theatre. Although there was beer and wine for sale at the movies, I resisted, and stuck with popcorn, sprite, and candy! We went to see How to Train Your Dragon, which was in 3D. I was a little bit nervous because Connor tends to be a bit of a scaredy-cat... and dragons may not be the best thing for someone like him, and in 3D! Well, I didn't have to worry about the 3D, because he refused to wear the glasses (I hope he doesnt go blind from watching the 3D movie without the glasses... it looked a little blury at times without them when I checked it out). He started crying that he wanted to go home before the movie even started. He saw a preview for Toy Story 3, and there is a part in the preview where Mr Potato Head's pieces are all on a pickle or something, and he was so upset about that! I eventually calmed him down and had him on my lap, and he was okay, except during the parts where the dragons were attacking! But overall, I think he is glad that he went! I liked the movie too :)

On another note, Connor decided to take it upon himself to feed Fiona the other day when I was in the kitchen. Here are a few pics and video from that... funny!
